It has been an emotional week as I have scheduled for my final semester at Purdue and am now under two months before I leave to head home. In these times, I've reflected on my past semesters and years I've spent in school and how much I have experienced, changed, and grown. College has been amazing to me and taken me to all different corners of the world. I always get asked (as all seniors in college do) what my plans are after school. I have realized in my short 22 years of life that plans rarely work out the way we want them to, but they always work out the way they should. I can honestly say I am unsure of my future after I graduate, and I am quite alright with that. What I do know, is that with all of my experiences and opportunities, doors have been opened that I never even knew existed.
I am on a quest to find out my purpose and place in this world. I am certain that I will find it simply by continuing to explore each presented opportunity, better myself, venture out of my comfort zone, and stay involved in the things I'm truly passionate about. I have the best supporters in the world that continuously keep me motivated. I have a desire to make a difference in the lives of those around me, and I really can't wait to see where I end up. [Enough with my feelings I suppose! I'm not graduating until may! :)]
I have been working on assignments and preparing for an exam next week, so I actually have been busy at school here for a change. I only have 3 full weeks left of class, so now it's really time to focus. My holiday travels are all booked, and I can't wait to surprise you all with what is to come! (I even have some exciting weekend plans coming up, so stay tuned.)
